Rendering

 

UNIT 5: Renderings
     

Rendering Assignment 1   Suggested Time: 2 to 3 hours or 2 to 4 class periods.

Learning Outcomes: Students should be able to use Virtual Studio software to complete a rendering of items they have created. Students should demonstrate ability in making presentation quality drawing giving special attention to design, layout commercial appeal.
  1. Open Solid Edge Program. Complete the last tutorial "Rendering with Virtual Studio"
  2. Using what you have learned in the Rendering Tutorials create at least 2 renderings of your Assembly Assignment 2. Your renderings should show different set ups and back grounds to demonstrate your abilities and your experimentation with the program. If you would like to render any other part you have created for extra credit, effort is always rewarded.

  3. When you complete the rendering save it as image "Image_yourlastname_description"
  4. Save it and also have a back up.
  5. Print it and turn it in when requested also turn in to beck_handin.
