•ONLINE POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTION (PSI) SELECTIONS FORM
Attention GRADE 12 students who are planning on attending a post-secondary institution in September, 2012: You must complete the online PSI form. This process is a requirement in order for the Ministry of Education to release your marks to individual post-secondary institutions. The deadline for early offers of admission is April 30th. June 30th is the deadline for general offers of admission. For detailed instructions on how to complete your online PSI form, CLICK HERE.

"We are in need of parent volunteers for the Night to Remember. This night cannot happen without your support. We need volunteers for things like coat check, supervision of activities, door security, food prep and food service. If you are available to help on April 20th anytime from 530pm - 230am, please contact Val Friesen at kenval@shaw.ca and help support our grads!
"We are also in need of donations for the Night to Remember. All donations are welcome: food, funding, or prizes. Please contact Paula Kast at ptckast@gmail.com and help support our grads."

•Parents & students, please be advised that the criteria for awarding provincial scholarships and awards has changed. Please read WJ Mouat's INFORMATION DOCUMENT for details. You can also read the information directly from the Ministry of Education's Handbook of Procedures for the Graduation Program. If you wish to re-write any exams as a result of this new information, you may do so during one of the following exam sessions. Please contact Mr. Manuel at least 2 weeks prior to the session to book your spot:

•WJ Mouat continues to promote healthy eating in our school and is proud to be a part of the BC School Fruit & Vegetable Nutritional Programme this year. Every two weeks, students will have the opportunity to sample various fruits and vegetables in their classrooms. There is no cost to students to participate. If you do not wish your student to participate, please fill in the permission form sent home with your student on September 9th and return it to the office before Oct 1st. If you did not receive a copy of this permission form, CLICK HERE.
