•ONLINE POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTION (PSI) SELECTIONS FORM
Attention GRADE 12 students who are planning on attending a post-secondary institution in September, 2012: You must complete the online PSI form. This process is a requirement in order for the Ministry of Education to release your marks to individual post-secondary institutions. The deadline for early offers of admission is April 30th. June 30th is the deadline for general offers of admission. For detailed instructions on how to complete your online PSI form, CLICK HERE.

Forms are available online HERE and in the main office. All forms are due back to the office no later than May 2nd @ 3pm. CLICK HERE for form.

•GRAD PHOTO ORDERS
Grade 12 students: if you have not yet ordered your grad photos and would like to have them delivered before the end of the school year, please send your order by mail directly to Right Photography before April 15th, 2012. right Photography does hold the grad images for up to 5 years so you have plenty of time still to send the orders in.

•GRADS! Right Photography will be here on Friday at lunch to pick up grad photo orders. If you miss them on Friday, you will have to mail your orders to them directly. The will be in the library this Thursday (9th) and Friday (10th) after school to answer any of your questions.

•GRADS! Bring $25 & your height to the Counselling Centre at the start of lunch (first 10 minutes) each day in February to order your CAP & GOWN. You will not be permitted to participate in the Grad Ceremony if you fail to do this.

Note that all fees must be paid and Grad Transitions completed before you may pick up your Cap & Gown in May.

•GRAD PHOTO RETAKES are happening Thursday, February 9th & Friday, February 10th. Sign up with Ms. Hall in the office an appointment. Times are limited and first-come, first-served. If you did not get grad photos taken in January, you need to see Ms. Hall ASAP to get your appointment time.

•Parents & students, please be advised that the criteria for awarding provincial scholarships and awards has changed. Please read WJ Mouat's INFORMATION DOCUMENT for details. You can also read the information directly from the Ministry of Education's Handbook of Procedures for the Graduation Program. If you wish to re-write any exams as a result of this new information, you may do so during one of the following exam sessions. Please contact Mr. Manuel at least 2 weeks prior to the session to book your spot:

Parents please be advised that S-Trips are not in any way sanctioned or supported by WJ Mouat Secondary or School District No. 34. It is our expectation that students will not be permitted to take part in these trips.
